Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

SpideyThreads ships worldwide.
If your country is available at checkout, we are able to ship to your location.
3) Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Typical delivery times are:

4) Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the Site.
5) Tracking Information
Tracking is provided for most orders.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email where available.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6) Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional handling fees imposed by local authorities.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
7) Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned to us for this reason, we may offer:

9) Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues outside our control, but we will assist where reasonably possible.
