1) Change of Mind Returns

UK Customers (Legal Right to Cancel)

If you are in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To exercise this right:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Because our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners, we do not require physical returns for change-of-mind cancellations.

Once your cancellation is approved:

  • We may issue store credit, at our discretion

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


2) International Customers

For customers outside the UK, we offer refunds or store credit for change-of-mind requests made within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

We do not require physical returns for international orders.


3) Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Refunds

Change-of-mind refunds are not available for:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.


4) Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement at no additional cost

  • A full or partial refund

Physical returns are not required for faulty or incorrect items.


5) Refunds

We can only offer partial refunds or store credit. 

Refunds do not include:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable)


6) Orders Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the parcel

  • Refusal to pay customs fees

We may offer:

  • Reshipment (additional shipping fee applies), or

  • Refund of the item cost only (excluding shipping)


7) Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or limit refund methods (e.g. store credit instead of cash refund) if we detect:

  • Repeated refund requests

  • Abuse of our policies

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

This does not affect your statutory rights.


8) Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
